Mindful Schools

We introduced Mindful Schools at both Reading and Stewart Elementary schools in 2018-19. A simple way to think about mindfulness is that it is a present-moment, nonjudgmental awareness of what is happening in your brain, in your body, and around you - just noticing what is happening right now.
