Mark Your Calendar! Our final summer library will be Tuesday July 28 from 11-12. All books will be due. You can come even if you have not attended any summer library sessions. We can't wait to see you!

⭐️ Way to go, Stewart Stars! ❤️
A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Stewart families and students for donating pull tabs to the Ronald McDonald House. This morning, Ms Yoho had the opportunity to deliver your generous donation, and they were so grateful for your support!
The pull tabs are recycled, and the recycling company matches the donation to help provide meals and other support for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House during difficult times.
This kindness truly makes a difference. 💙
Now let’s set a new goal… Can we fill TWO tubs this year? Keep those pull tabs coming, Stewart Stars! Together, we can Make It Matter! ⭐️

Stars are builders! Today we are talking about buildings and New York City. Thanks Mrs. Throndsen for providing us with activities each week. Join us for our closing party on July 28 from 11-12.

First-grade Chinese immersion students at Stewart Elementary School recently brought stories to life through a traditional Chinese shadow play performance.
Students designed puppets, practiced storytelling in Chinese and performed classic tales such as “The Three Little Pigs,” “Little Red Riding Hood” and “The Tortoise and the Hare” while exploring the science concepts of light and shadow.
Chinese shadow play, also known as shadow puppetry, is a traditional art form that dates back more than 2,000 years and continues to be an important part of Chinese culture today. Through hands-on learning experiences like this, students build language skills, cultural understanding, creativity and confidence in meaningful ways.
Thank you to first-grade Chinese immersion teacher Yenchu Wang for helping students experience the joy of learning through culture, performance and imagination.
